Heart is apparently a young woman in her early twenties, with dark hair and almond-shaped eyes.  Her most obvious distinguishing characteristic is the “fish hook” marking under her right eye.

She wears her hair in twin ponytails, and frequently dons a trenchcoat that is colored black on the bottom and white on the top, over a halter and miniskirt, with striped wrist warmers and fingerless gloves.
